How do you pack our order?
We use quality packaging to protect your items
during shipment. Your items are wrapped first
in bubble wrap before packaging them in a sturdy
shipping box to ensure that they reach you safe
and sound. If we took the trouble to bring your
items all the way from Bali, we'll make sure they
make the last stretch to you in the best condition.

Yes! We offer several shipping options for international
orders.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping within the
contiguous United
States
is a flat $7.95
whether you have 1 item, 5 items or a dozen
items in your shopping cart.
Shipping for International Orders
is $24.95.
If you live in the
Greater
Boston, MA area, you have an additional option
of arranging pick-up from our premises in
Newton. Simply select option "Pick-Up" and
we will contact you to arrange.

When will my order ship?
We are so delighted when we find a loving home
for our Bali works of art that we ship them out
within 1-2 business days. They are shipped from
Newton, MA and will arrive based on your location.

When will my order arrive?
We ship 1st Class USPS. Orders should arrive in
5-7 business days, but can take longer in some
circumstances. Please contact us promptly if your
order does not arrive within 10 business days.
It keeps us awake at nights not knowing the whereabouts
of our Bali bags and sandals. If you need to upgrade
to expedited shipping, please contact us and we
will be happy to assist you.

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
through Paypal. You do
NOT need a Paypal account, simply enter
your credit card information in the Paypal
screen.
Please do NOT send cash! Cash
can get lost in the mail and goodness knows we
have enough things to worry about already.
Please note that we are required by law to collect 5% sales tax
for items shipped to Massachusetts.

Is your online payment process secure?
Yes! Our payment processing is secured using an
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate which encrypts
your information. Did you know that payments using
this method are more secure than using your credit
card in a public store or in a restaurant?

I want to pay by money order or cashiers check.
How do I do this and where do I send my payment?
Select your items and add them to your shopping
bag. Print out the shopping cart contents without
going through our online payment system. You can
mail in the order with your payment .

Why isn't there an "Add To Cart"
button next to the item I want?
O, oh, you got there a little too late. This generally
indicates the item is currently out of stock.
Each product is handmade individually. Several
women labor for days to complete one bag or pair
of sandals, depending on sunny weather to dry
the plaiting materials or fix the dyes, so only
limited quantities can be produced. Contact us
for more details if you absolutely must have that
item you missed. We may be able to custom order
it for you. The artist will be so flattered.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for ANY REASON. Our
products are made by traditional artisans with
pride and are subjected to further quality control
inspection upon reaching our premises in the U.S.
If for ANY REASON, you are not happy with
your purchase, all you need to do is email us
that you intend to return before you ship it back.
Return must be post-marked within 30 days of your
purchase and must be in its original condition.
Once we receive the return, we will process your
return for the full purchase price or for an exchange,
whichever you prefer. Please note that the original
shipping paid will not be refunded.

How do I cancel my order?
Now, why would you want to cancel an order? Because
you fell in love with Bali on our web site and
decided to just fly there instead? No problem.
Email or call us asap and if we have not shipped
the order out, we'll issue a complete refund.
(We'll also send you a complimentary list of the
best Restaurants to visit in Bali.) If your beautiful
bags or sandals have already left our premises,
simply email us and let us know you intend to
return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Once we receive the return, we will process your
return for the full purchase price or for an exchange,
whichever you prefer. Please note that the original
shipping paid will not be refunded.
